Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 13300 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 13300 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 13300 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by all terms set out herein.
Use of this platform is subject to the condition that you are an individual who is 18 years and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering for or using any services on the 13300 platform. Account Creation & User Security
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Platform 13300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party.
Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 13300 will never ask for your password through any channel.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
- Use a strong, unique password. Avoid reusing the same password across other platforms to reduce the risk of account compromise.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 13300 platform users are required to comply with the following rules when using our services. Violation of any of these rules may result in action including account suspension or closure without prior notice.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse
- Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes
- Using an account for money laundering purposes
- Ensure the platform is used for personal entertainment purposes only
- Update account information whenever changes occur
- Comply with all applicable local laws when using the platform
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support
- 13300 reserves the right to restrict or suspend an account without notice if there is evidence of a violation
- We reserve the right to void or cancel any bet deemed suspicious
- The platform may modify its features or services at any time
- The platform's decision on betting disputes is final
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 13300 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR to make transactions easy for our users.
Deposit Terms
- A minimum deposit may apply depending on the payment method selected. The latest details will be displayed during the deposit process.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting and entertainment activities on the 13300 platform.
- Any attempt to process deposits using unauthorised payment methods or stolen cards will be reported to the authorities.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method or bank account registered under the same user's name.
- Platform 13300 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method and may take 1–5 business days.

Users access the platform at their own risk and acknowledge that betting involves real financial risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
13300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Evidence or reports of fraud, betting manipulation, or illegal activity
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Closure requested by the user
- Inactive beyond the specified period with no transactions
- Request from a relevant legal authority
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 13300 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of platform 13300 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from 13300.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the 13300 platform shall first be resolved through the channels provided by the platform before being referred to the appropriate legal forum in Malaysia.
